Conneer Terms of Service
Last Modified: July 28, 2024

Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute an agreement between you and Conneer (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). "You" may refer to Job Seekers or Organizations, as defined below. These Terms govern your access and use of https://conneer.com/ (our “Website”) and the web-based services we provide (our “Services”), whether you are a guest of the Website or a registered user. By accessing the Website or using our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Website and Services.

Changes to the Terms of Service
We may update these Terms periodically at our sole discretion. Changes become effective immediately upon posting, and they apply to all access and use of our Website and Services thereafter. Your continued use of the Website and Services following the posting of revised Terms signifies your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Changes to the Dispute Resolution and Governing Law sections will not apply to disputes that have already been notified to the parties before the changes are posted.

Accounts
To access our Services, you must create a Conneer account. We reserve the right to disable any user’s account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. We may, but are not obligated to, remove, block, delete, edit, or monitor any content or accounts. Information shared with Conneer and on our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Organizations
Organizations such as educational institutions, career coaching firms, and outplacement agencies that work with multiple Job Seekers can register for an account (“Organization Account”) by contacting our sales department. Once an Organization Account is established, you can invite other staff members to join, invite Job Seekers to join the organization, view aggregate and individual job search data, post internal job opportunities, browse Job Seeker profiles, and share these profiles with employer partners.

Job Seekers
Job Seekers may create an account using their personal email address (“Job Seeker Account”). You may have received an invitation from an Organization to create your account. Organizations use Conneer to manage their career services, such as tracking Job Seeker placements, setting job search goals, offering advice, and sharing candidate profiles or resumes with employers. Organizations may provide us with details of their Job Seekers, but each Job Seeker must activate their account and set a password. If your Organization is using our Services, you will receive an email with instructions to enable your account. Review any information provided by your Organization before activation. Once your Job Seeker Account is set up, you can choose to make your profile public or keep it private. Job Seekers can adjust their privacy settings at any time. A public profile is not required to apply for jobs or RSVP to events.

Employers and Recruiters
Employers and recruiters who receive an invitation from Conneer or an Organization may register to use our Services. Once registered, they can browse Job Seeker profiles, post job opportunities, and provide details about each opportunity. Job postings may be visible to all Job Seeker Accounts or tailored to specific Organizations.
